Esalen® Massage 100-Hour Professional Training
October 17–31, 2026 | Quinta Marugo, Alentejo, Portugal
Immerse yourself in two weeks of hands-on learning, self-discovery, and embodied presence.
This 100-hour professional training is approved by the Esalen® Massage & Bodywork Association (EMBA). It integrates the art and philosophy of Esalen® Massage with somatic awareness and Gestalt-based inquiry.
Through practice, guidance, and shared exploration, you are invited to slow down, deepen your listening, and refine your touch from the inside out.
Ideal for practitioners who feel called to deepen their work, or to move toward certification in Esalen® Massage.

Step into the essence of Esalen® Massage through direct experience of touch, presence, and deep listening.
These weekend workshops offer an experiential introduction to the art and philosophy of Esalen® Massage.
Through guided demonstrations, hands-on exchange, and awareness-based movement, you are invited to slow down and begin to listen through your hands.Rather than focusing on technique, we explore how touch changes when it is guided by presence, attention, and connection.

China – Introduction t0 Deep Bodywork® (2-day workshop)
This two-day workshop offers a practical and embodied introduction to Deep Bodywork®.
Rather than focusing on many techniques, the emphasis is on a shift in how touch is generated and felt.
Through working with gravity, slowness, and sensory awareness, participants explore how to access depth in a sustainable and grounded way.
The workshop combines demonstration, partner practice, and direct experience, allowing the work to be integrated through doing.
